Shipping & Return
Standard Shipping
Orders are usually processed within the next business day. All products are shipped via Federal Express (FedEx). Please note that at this time Silk Flower Showroom only ships to addresses in the United Sates. Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping charges and certain items cannot be shipped to these locations. Please contact us at 408.655.4964 for more info. All items are expertly packaged and shipped via ground delivery service. Your silk floral arrangement, plant or tree will arrive fully assembled and ready to enjoy!
Truck Delivery
The truck icon indicates that the item exceeds the shipping size parameters for FedEx and therefore requires delivery by a freight carrier. An additional fee of $25 per truck item will be added to your order. Please advise if your delivery location cannot accommodate freight delivery by a large truck.
Freight deliveries are to the outside door of your delivery location. Inside delivery service is available for an additional charge - please call for details and pricing.
Freight deliveries require a contact name and phone number for the delivery location.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee may apply for large orders or if the returned item is not in its original packaging.
